Not making a choice is actually also a choice that you make.

Most of us sooner or later discover that we have two forces that course through our veins. We automatically vacillate between the “upper” and “lower” limits of this force on a moment to moment basis. The UPPER end of the pole of this system is called the “ACTION” zone and the “LOWEST” end of this pole is characterized as the “NON-ACTION” zone. The feelings generated by thoughts, events or for that matter everything and everyone we encounter decides the quality of the output we intend using to deal with the matter at hand. The mistake we make is that many of us think that we are at the mercy of this so-called automatic reaction patterns that endlessly flood our minds and hearts daily. We jump with joy and run like the wind when good feelings are generated by the thought or event that we are confronted with (ACTION) or shut down and retreat into a dark place in our minds (NON-ACTION). What many of us never knew or understood is that there is no need to remain a victim of our historical conditioning or past mistakes. All that is real and valid is our current moment. We can if we decide to take control act in an appropriate and powerful manner notwithstanding the threat and feelings of doubt that we might be confronted with. You are part of a universal force that caters for evolution on a moment to moment basis. Call this force God my friend if it will make you feel more comfortable. This force is fair and allows every living thing in the universe to evolve, grow and expand notwithstanding his or her history. You can make a fresh start on a moment to moment basis. You are allocated 86400 new moments in any given day where you can make a fresh start. There is no need to fear failure or hide in the “NON-ACTION” zone. The NON-ACTION zone is a place where you become stagnant and RESIST risking the possibility of getting hurt or disappointed. The choices you make decide the quality of the outcomes you experience daily. Very few of us understand that not making a choice is actually also a choice that you make. You choose NON-ACTION and RESISTANCE and give up control.

 

Spend some time today to probe why you have this reluctance to take action. What is the cause of the resistance deep inside you that is preventing you from being the best you that you can ever be? Now make a list of all the things you will do if you knew that you cannot fail. Make a list of everything that comes to mind. Think it and then ink it. I will continue this series tomorrow.

People will continue to push your buttons while you automatically respond to their silly games.

We live in a “button” pushing society today. We all have a natural tendency to push back when we feel someone activated one of our “hot buttons”. We allow people to trigger, anger, anxiety, fear of loss, discomfort in us daily with what they say, do or fail to say and do. The only way that you can get the habitual button pushers out of your life are to stop reacting and responding on their triggers.

 

We live our lives on a reactive basis. The reason for this mode of thinking is that we spend the best part of our day in “auto” mode. We react without thinking almost all the time. Our sub-conscious mind cannot reason when a request comes in via our five senses. Our sub-conscious minds can only draw from its historical perceptions and belief systems that it formed during early childhood. That is why we often make decisions

 

The fact of the matter is that people will continue to push your buttons and they will continue to control you and your emotions while you automatically respond to their silly games. I would suggest that you take a few days and observe how you act and react mechanically when your partner, friends or even strangers say or do something that trigger a negative emotional responds in you. Do not judge yourself or the button pushers.

When triggered hit the PAUSE (stop) button and simply become an observer. Just relax and say, do or think nothing. Just breathe in a relaxed and normal manner until you feel that whatever triggered you subsided. Do not jump to conclusions. Treat each case/event on its own merit. Stay in the moment and don’t allow your old and often outdated reaction patterns to influence you. Each event (trigger) is different. It is silly to let your old habitual reaction patterns tarnish the current moment. An inappropriate reaction could cause you discomfort and loss and activate a domino effect that could continue for years.

 

The “button pushers” in your life domesticated you to react and respond in a specific manner to enhance their control. Watch their faces and listen to their tone of voice when you stop reacting the way you have been trained. You will be surprised how quickly they will stop this destructive habit.

 

The simple art of detachment from your habitual reaction patterns can change your life. When you learn to let go you bring a brand new dimension into your life. Learn to detach and let go when anyone, yes even someone in the traffic push your buttons. You will be happier, healthier and will most probably live longer as well.

 

Negative and destructive thoughts can also be arrested using the same method. When you become anxious or uptight – pause and stop mentally delving into the past or projecting horror stories into your future. Focus on the reality of your current moment and deal with it on its own merit.

The void between races has been around for as long as we care to remember. This void will not heal until we stop looking at races on a cluster basis. We look at individuals through a filter system that have been installed in us since early childhood. Race profiling based on outdated and often defective belief systems drove a wedge between tribes and nations. It is unfair and short-sighted to paint everyone with a different skin colour than yours with the same brush. We need to urgently begin to view each person on merit in the moment. We need to stop seeking revenge for perceived atrocities or unfair behaviour by earlier regimes or generations. We will not remove this festering wound that rots the souls of nations until we move on. The only way to overcome this unproductive and destructive habit of racial or for that matter any profiling is to close the book on yesterday. We must immediately PAUSE when we get one of our racial profiling attacks. It is imperative to regain our composure. We need to address each person notwithstanding his/her colour or nationality in the moment without the toxic contamination of our belief systems. You might after an objective evaluation or because of the current unacceptable behaviour of a person decide not to befriend, assist or help such person. You must still refrain judging everyone with a similar skin colour or nationality. One or two bad apples will not motivate you to uproot the tree. Why then condemn a whole tribe or nation? Remember: PAUSE regain your composure when triggered and manage each individual/event on merit.

You achieve control by not RESISTING or FIGHTING your feelings.

I mentioned earlier in this series that every single word or thought triggers a set of emotions and feelings that almost instantaneously cause our brains to dump a cocktail of chemicals in our blood. Our responses are activated by a mixture of chemicals injected into our system. Everything stored in your sub-conscious mind have a set of reactions (emotional and otherwise) that match the conclusions that you made historically about the thing, person or experience that you were exposed to. The interesting thing about these memory “response prescriptions” is that our reactions remain the same for the best part of our lives. We might think that most of us would modify our reaction patterns regularly as we evolve or mature. The sad fact is that most of our standard reactions remain the same and continue to trigger very similar responses until we one day leave this plane again. Some of our experiences cause a wonderful uplifting and inspirational feeling in us via the chemical cocktail released into our blood. There is however a massive volume of reactions that leave us frustrated, angry, upset and anxious. We judge events, people, places, experiences etc. according to the “feelings” that they generate in us. You will find that every person that you met historically left a certain imprint in your mind. You can test this theory and think of a few individuals (family, friends, enemies or even teachers that taught you in the first year you went to school). You will probably agree that each one of those that you focused on generated a specific “feeling” in you that is unique to him or her. It might stun you that you have a similar reaction pattern when it comes to everything else that you were ever exposed to. (Food, medicine, religion, sex, music, cultures, races, etc.) The stuff that generates good feelings causes you to be OPEN and EXPANSIVE in your actions and reactions. You will on the other hand discover that those things that historically caused you to feel sad, disappointed, hurt and frustrated cause you to become RESISTANT and ISOLATED when re-stimulated. Can you see how chemical cocktails that are released into your blood all day long influence every choice, action or reaction that you take or make? This is how we became like a puppet at the mercy of chemical cocktails installed in us historically. A large percentage of these reaction patterns are based on false and warped data stored in your sub-conscious mind as explained extensively in this series. The fatal mistake many of us make is that we allow the range of feelings (rage, sadness, revenge etc.) to run riot in our lives. We act and react “spontaneously” as “prescribed” by the feelings that come rushing in. Let me now share some wonderful news with you. You have the ability to override the silly standard performances that you give on the stage of life. You can immediately when triggered DETACH and either do or say nothing or treat every given event on its own merit. The answer is to not RESIST or FIGHT the feelings that flood your system. All you need to do is to OBSERVE them and then LET THEM GO. The chemicals are already release into your blood. That is the reason why we continually duplicate the same actions and reactions. You however have the power to not proceed with the process activated. You achieve control by not RESISTING or FIGHTING your feelings. You just OBSERVE your feelings and the current event and in the process defuse the chemical injection and neutralize its effect with your COMPOSED and RELAXED DETACHED choice of action. You will soon discover that old events and individuals that triggered negative reactions in you no longer influence you. The key is thus to stop RESISTING and to stop dancing to the same old tune.

 

I suggest you read this material a few times today. It is important that you understand the mechanism that drives the invisible force that at times make your life ungovernable and unpleasant. I also want you to stop for a few moments today and observe the things, people and stuff around you. You can for example do this at home, work, in a shopping centre or in your vehicle while you are on your way somewhere. Notice how you have specific feelings and perceptions about every person, product, service etc. These feelings and mental images control the quality of your life. Please read the above again. It is the feeling clusters you filed historically about everything and everyone that decides your fate and future. Your mind is infested with many millions of these time capsules that can at any time pop and release its toxic load into your life. You can view these hidden energy clusters as your enemy or you can see them as early warning systems that recommend that you stop RESISTING and FIGHTING. The simple act of DETACHMENT and the choice not to play along with the software in your head will make a massive difference in all areas of your life. I will continue this series tomorrow.

You project who you “think you are” to everyone that come into your space.

When you arrived on this plane you were already loaded with some software. You have a unique combination of your father and mother’s personalities that is embedded in your DNA. You also have your own “personality” that you developed during previous incarnations. You developed certain character traits during previous incarnations that are unique to you. You project who you “think you are” to everyone that come into your space. You are also exposed to a wide range of perceptions via your parents, the rest of the family, teachers and preachers. All this data is also embedded in your DNA.

 

Your body have a range of energy receptacles and transmission ports that is spread throughout your body. There is energy flowing through your system all the time. You thus have a unique frequency code that is broadcasted outside your body in the form of an aura. The collective energy that drives your body forms a shield or filter outside your body. There are some gifted individuals that can see this energy field. This energy “bubble” that encases your body contains all the data (previous incarnations, parent’s DNA plus new conditioning that took place). Most people then experience life through this shield and act out the perceptions embedded in this field. Many of us then concluded that we are our history and our personality. We then “spontaneously” and automatically slip into the many roles that we stored in this field and act and react according to the scripts we gathered (often over many lifetimes). This is how we get stuck in the same old habitual reaction patterns. This is also the reason why many of us endlessly duplicate our actions and reactions. Very few of us question the various roles that we play on the stage of life.

 

Actors take their make-up and characters off when they leave the stage. We in turn tend to stay in character. Very few of us understand that our character is nothing more than a range of roles that we are playing on the stage of life. We think we are the character in all the stories that we drag with us from early childhood. We become mad, sad, and aggressive or cue. We sulk and we fight, we dance and jump with joy or fall into a deep depression when specific emotions are triggered. The triggers in our life can be our thoughts, but it can also be something we detect via our five senses. I hope you notice from the above that we often remain in our sometimes silly little roles while the days, weeks and often a lifetime slip away.

 

It is only those that wake up and grasp the above that escape from this perpetual theatre. Only those that understand that they can create new and more effective roles for themselves can escape the often deadly and endless cycles that they live and die in. No growth or wisdom can penetrate the energy field that I mentioned earlier. No modifications can be made to our perceived perceptions without a concerted effort from our side. We must change and modify the recipes that we use or endlessly confront the same outcomes we achieve historically.

 

How do you modify the software in your head? You do this by finding a comfortable chair and where you can close your eyes and for a short period of time can re-write the scripts that fall short of your expectations. Just relax and close your eyes. First look at yourself in your old role. Decide what you are not happy with. Don’t be critical and avoid going on a guilt trip. Become an impartial observer. Simply observe your performances and notice the things you do and say that often sabotage you success and happiness.

 

Now visualise yourself under the same circumstances acting and reacting in a manner that will make you happy and produce the outcomes you desire. Observe how you look and feel in your new role. Feel the joy, excitement and stimulation that the character in your mind’s eye must be experiencing. Let your imagination run wild and free. Do not allow any of your old fears to contaminate your creation. Know that there are no limitations in this dimension. There is no lack and no shortage of anything in this dimension. Then open your eyes and start acting according to your new script. You will be amazed if you repeat this exercise for a few days how you will begin to manifest things, experiences and breakthroughs that you never thought possible.

The bigger the percentage of reptilian brain thinkers in a society the more unstable and unpredictable such society becomes.

We looked at the “spontaneous” reaction patterns in earlier deliveries of this series. Your brain consists out of three main sections that merge together in a single operating system. The most evolved section (part) of your brain according to neuroscientist is the cortex. This brain cluster is responsible for logic, learning, conscious thoughts and also your unique personality. The second cluster is known as the Middle or Mammalian brain. This cluster is also known as the limbic system. This part of your brain deals with your emotions, moods, hormones and memory. The third part or cluster of your brain is called the “old” or “reptilian” brain. This cluster manage all your survival functions, breathing, appetite as well as your “fight or run like hell” reactions that will hopefully keep you out of harm’s way. The experts concluded that our “old” or “reptilian” brain is more often than not used when we need to make rapid decisions. The problem that we have is that many of us use this part of our brains almost all the time. I explained in the previous post that we have millions of thought clusters that float around in our heads that can be triggered at any time.

My friend you are looking at the triggering devise (smoking gun), the “old” or “reptilian” brain that is causing most of your problems. The observations made by your senses are then “processed” in this department (reptilian brain cluster) in your head. Keep in mind that this part of your brain is your first line of defence. Decisions are made here about the potential threat level of incoming events or observations. Our survival depended strongly on the rapid processing of data when we still lived in caves and watched dinosaurs roaming the planes. The decision making process was relatively simple. Run for the hills, fight like a demon or relax the perceived threat is not something you need to worry about right now. This primitive computer software developed a substantial data bank of all conceivable threats that could threaten your survival. You might notice that many of us still utilize this un-evolved primitive part of our brain when faced with choices or obstacles. We act “spontaneously” and usually do or say the first thing that comes to mind. Every action and every reaction produces a set of circumstances.

Poor quality choices activate perpetual primitive survival actions. This is how we got caught up in a never ending survival mode that in time took on a life of its own (ego). It is only when we began to evolve and when we learned how to DETACH that we began to broke down the built in RESISTANCE mindset maintained by our reptilian brain cluster. The old reptilian brain drives our emotions. It should be obvious what kind of emotions will be most dominant in a person that still mainly work from this department in his head (anger, anxiety, fear, worry, attack, defend etc. Every person has his own level of evolution. You will soon notice to what extent a person still rely on his reptilian perceptions and actions when you observe his general coping style. We earlier in this series looked at the collective clusters that tribes and nations lived and operated in. The collective evolution of these groups becomes quite obvious when you observe the social and intellectual skills of such group. People might look the same, but that does not in any way explain what level of evolution they achieved as a group or a nation. Global societies are made up of a mixture of tribes and nations. Society became a melting pot where reptilian brain thinkers mixed and interacted with more evolved members of society. The bigger the percentage of reptilian brain thinkers in a society the more unstable and unpredictable such society becomes. They might walk and talk like all other members of society, but that do not mean that they make decisions from the same part of their brains. There is also an upside to the merging of the various levels of evolution that make up groups or nations. The examples set by more evolved thinking speeded up the evolution process of underdeveloped tribes and nations with hundreds of thousands of years. The flip side of the coin is that the more primitive tribes made their own valuable contributions as well. The more primitive tribes often contributed to the overall learning experiences of the evolved groups by the opportunities that they offered to learn lessons in patience and compassion. Being less evolved should never indicate inferiority. You do not go to school and start in high school. You gradually work and earn your way to finally go to university or college. There is not a single soul that originally arrived in this dimension partially or fully evolved. Every member of the evolved groups gradually worked and learned their way to the more evolved status that they hold today. It will thus be silly to judge or look down at anyone that still display more primitive behaviour patterns. I repeat stop judging and finding fault. You probably took even more time to evolve to your current level of civility. I also mentioned that we (evolved or not evolved) are one. The collective higher vibration brought about by those more evolved pushed up the collective vibration of the entire earth zone.

 

Spend some time today to master the art of NON-ACTION or REACTION when you are faced with anything or anyone that triggers less acceptable and negative emotions in you. Do not attempt to RESIST, FIGHT or CONTROL the emotions evoked. Simply OBSERVE them for a moment and then LET THEM GO. Your ego (reptilian brain reactions) might be disappointed that you took away wonderful opportunities for him to rise and shine and act like an idiot, but do it anyway. You came to this dimension to overcome your reptilian reaction patterns. The only way to achieve that is to become aware of the silly and often destructive outcomes that reptilian brain thinking produces.

We justify our cutting remarks or unacceptable behaviour by pacifying ourselves with excuses.

An untrained mind does not have a self-regulating system. An untrained mind can be compared to the weather that we experience daily. When specific circumstances combine we experience a thunderstorm. We have no control over a thunderstorm and can only wait for the storm to pass. The same holds true for those that don’t have a control system in their head. They “spontaneously” allow any thought or feeling to flood their mind. Negative rampant thoughts often produce anger and pain, not only for the angry person, but also for the recipients of his or her anger. Most of our negative and destructive behaviour that we display daily can be compared to the thunderstorm example I used earlier. Many labour under the misconception that they have no control over these waves of emotional “weather” that mystically appear and take over their behaviour. We make out as if we are a helpless victim of these anger or sarcasm storms that we rain down on family, friends and even strangers. We justify our cutting remarks or unacceptable behaviour by pacifying ourselves with excuses like, “I would never have lost my cool or behave in the manner I did if he or she did not say or do what they did.” Our automatic reactions come from a very primitive part of our brain. These are remnants of instinctive reaction patterns that we used while we were still living in caves and daily struggled to fend off predators with bad intentions. Some of us evolved during this period and gradually developed a control mechanism that now regulates these primitive and destructive moods and reactions. What we need to understand is that what anyone said or did have absolutely no power until we retaliate. What this person said or did will drift past like a cloud if we just observe it and let it move over our heads. Our objective is to fully develop the control system in our head to a level where we can show compassion and love notwithstanding the circumstances that we are confronted with. All religions on this planet promote this behaviour. What others say or do have no power to hurt you or to diminish your self-esteem in any way. The solution is not to panic when confronted with situations that cause you discomfort. They say patience is a virtue. The key is to simply observe and to investigate where these feelings come from. We will always discover that the painful feelings is not generated by (for example) the angry person, but comes from somewhere inside us. It is a cocktail of chemicals released by our brains that produce the fear, anger and desire to retaliate. We have been using pre-programmed reaction patterns that come from more primitive and barbaric times. We never question our reactions. We believe that the feelings that flood our minds are real. There are no feelings and no pain until we attach to a thought or a trigger. Why are we happy and relaxed until something or someone trigger a negative memory or feeling in us? We are composed because the feelings and reactions in our sub-conscious mind remain dormant, powerless until we allow them to be turned on. Remember you are in control of your mind and not a defenceless victim that is obliged to sing and dance when you hear the bell.

You might notice that many of us still utilize this un-evolved primitive part of our brain when faced with choices or obstacles. We act “spontaneously” and usually do or say the first thing that comes to mind. Every action and every reaction produces a set of circumstances. Poor quality choices activate perpetual primitive survival actions. This is how we got caught up in a never ending survival mode that in time took on a life of its own (ego). It is only when we began to evolve and when we learned how to DETACH that we began to broke down the built in RESISTANCE mindset maintained by our reptilian brain cluster. The old reptilian brain drives our emotions. It should be obvious what kind of emotions will be most dominant in a person that still mainly work from this department in his head (anger, anxiety, fear, worry, attack, defend etc. Every person has his own level of evolution. You will soon notice to what extent a person still rely on his reptilian perceptions and actions when you observe his general coping style. We earlier in this series looked at the collective clusters that tribes and nations lived and operated in. The collective evolution of these groups becomes quite obvious when you observe the social and intellectual skills of such group. People might look the same, but that does not in any way explain what level of evolution they achieved as a group or a nation. Global societies are made up of a mixture of tribes and nations. Society became a melting pot where reptilian brain thinkers mixed and interacted with more evolved members of society. The bigger the percentage of reptilian brain thinkers in a society the more unstable and unpredictable such society becomes. They might walk and talk like all other members of society, but that do not mean that they make decisions from the same part of their brains. There is also an upside to the merging of the various levels of evolution that make up groups or nations. The examples set by more evolved thinking speeded up the evolution process of underdeveloped tribes and nations with hundreds of thousands of years. The flip side of the coin is that the more primitive tribes made their own valuable contributions as well. The more primitive tribes often contributed to the overall learning experiences of the evolved groups by the opportunities that they offered to learn lessons in patience and compassion. Being less evolved should never indicate inferiority. You do not go to school and start in high school. You gradually work and earn your way to finally go to university or college. There is not a single soul that originally arrived in this dimension partially or fully evolved. Every member of the evolved groups gradually worked and learned their way to the more evolved status that they hold today. It will thus be silly to judge or look down at anyone that still display more primitive behaviour patterns. I repeat stop judging and finding fault. You probably took even more time to evolve to your current level of civility. I also mentioned that we (evolved or not evolved) are one. The collective higher vibration brought about by those more evolved pushed up the collective vibration of the entire earth zone.

 

Spend some time today to master the art of NON-ACTION or REACTION when you are faced with anything or anyone that triggers less acceptable and negative emotions in you. Do not attempt to RESIST, FIGHT or CONTROL the emotions evoked. Simply OBSERVE them for a moment and then LET THEM GO. Your ego (reptilian brain reactions) might be disappointed that you took away wonderful opportunities for him to rise and shine and act like an idiot, but do it anyway. You came to this dimension to overcome your reptilian reaction patterns. Very few of us understand that our character is nothing more than a range of roles that we are playing on the stage of life.

When you arrived on this plane you were already loaded with some software. You have a unique combination of your father and mother’s personalities that is embedded in your DNA. You also have your own “personality” that you developed during previous incarnations. You developed certain character traits during previous incarnations that are unique to you. You project who you “think you are” to everyone that come into your space. You are also exposed to a wide range of perceptions via your parents, the rest of the family, teachers and preachers. All this data is also embedded in your DNA.

 

Your body have a range of energy receptacles and transmission ports that is spread throughout your body. There is energy flowing through your system all the time. You thus have a unique frequency code that is broadcasted outside your body in the form of an aura. The collective energy that drives your body forms a shield or filter outside your body. There are some gifted individuals that can see this energy field. This energy “bubble” that encases your body contains all the data (previous incarnations, parent’s DNA plus new conditioning that took place). Most people then experience life through this shield and act out the perceptions embedded in this field. Many of us then concluded that we are our history and our personality. We then “spontaneously” and automatically slip into the many roles that we stored in this field and act and react according to the scripts we gathered (often over many lifetimes). This is how we get stuck in the same old habitual reaction patterns. This is also the reason why many of us endlessly duplicate our actions and reactions. Very few of us question the various roles that we play on the stage of life.

 

Actors take their make-up and characters off when they leave the stage. We in turn tend to stay in character. Very few of us understand that our character is nothing more than a range of roles that we are playing on the stage of life. We think we are the character in all the stories that we drag with us from early childhood. We become mad, sad, and aggressive or cue. We sulk and we fight, we dance and jump with joy or fall into a deep depression when specific emotions are triggered. The triggers in our life can be our thoughts, but it can also be something we detect via our five senses. I hope you notice from the above that we often remain in our sometimes silly little roles while the days, weeks and often a lifetime slip away.

 

It is only those that wake up and grasp the above that escape from this perpetual theatre. Only those that understand that they can create new and more effective roles for themselves can escape the often deadly and endless cycles that they live and die in. No growth or wisdom can penetrate the energy field that I mentioned earlier. No modifications can be made to our perceived perceptions without a concerted effort from our side. We must change and modify the recipes that we use or endlessly confront the same outcomes we achieve historically.

 

How do you modify the software in your head? You do this by finding a comfortable chair and where you can close your eyes and for a short period of time can re-write the scripts that fall short of your expectations. Just relax and close your eyes. First look at yourself in your old role. Decide what you are not happy with. Don’t be critical and avoid going on a guilt trip. Become an impartial observer. Simply observe your performances and notice the things you do and say that often sabotage you success and happiness.

 

Now visualise yourself under the same circumstances acting and reacting in a manner that will make you happy and produce the outcomes you desire. Observe how you look and feel in your new role. Feel the joy, excitement and stimulation that the character in your mind’s eye must be experiencing. Let your imagination run wild and free. Do not allow any of your old fears to contaminate your creation. Know that there are no limitations in this dimension. There is no lack and no shortage of anything in this dimension. Then open your eyes and start acting according to your new script. You will be amazed if you repeat this exercise for a few days how you will begin to manifest things, experiences and breakthroughs that you never thought possible.

The triggering devise (smoking gun), the “old” or “reptilian” brain that is causing most of your problems.

 

    

We looked at the “spontaneous” reaction patterns in earlier deliveries of this series. Your brain consists out of three main sections that merge together in a single operating system. The most evolved section (part) of your brain according to neuroscientist is the cortex. This brain cluster is responsible for logic, learning, conscious thoughts and also your unique personality. The second cluster is known as the Middle or Mammalian brain. This cluster is also known as the limbic system. This part of your brain deals with your emotions, moods, hormones and memory. The third part or cluster of your brain is called the “old” or “reptilian” brain. This cluster manage all your survival functions, breathing, appetite as well as your “fight or run like hell” reactions that will hopefully keep you out of harm’s way. The experts concluded that our “old” or “reptilian” brain is more often than not used when we need to make rapid decisions. The problem that we have is that many of us use this part of our brains almost all the time. We live in a “button” pushing society today.

We live in a “button” pushing society today. We all have a natural tendency to push back when we feel someone activated one of our “hot buttons”. We allow people to trigger, anger, anxiety, fear of loss, discomfort in us daily with what they say, do or fail to say and do. The only way that you can get the habitual button pushers out of your life are to stop reacting and responding on their triggers.

 

We live our lives on a reactive basis. The reason for this mode of thinking is that we spend the best part of our day in “auto” mode. We react without thinking almost all the time. Our sub-conscious mind cannot reason when a request comes in via our five senses. Our sub-conscious minds can only draw from its historical perceptions and belief systems that it formed during early childhood. That is why we often make decisions

 

The fact of the matter is that people will continue to push your buttons and they will continue to control you and your emotions while you automatically respond to their silly games. I would suggest that you take a few days and observe how you act and react mechanically when your partner, friends or even strangers say or do something that trigger a negative emotional responds in you. Do not judge yourself or the button pushers.

When triggered hit the PAUSE (stop) button and simply become an observer. Just relax and say, do or think nothing. Just breathe in a relaxed and normal manner until you feel that whatever triggered you subsided. Do not jump to conclusions. Treat each case/event on its own merit. Stay in the moment and don’t allow your old and often outdated reaction patterns to influence you. Each event (trigger) is different. It is silly to let your old habitual reaction patterns tarnish the current moment. An inappropriate reaction could cause you discomfort and loss and activate a domino effect that could continue for years.

 

The “button pushers” in your life domesticated you to react and respond in a specific manner to enhance their control. Watch their faces and listen to their tone of voice when you stop reacting the way you have been trained. You will be surprised how quickly they will stop this destructive habit.

The simple art of detachment from your habitual reaction patterns can change your life. When you
learn to let go you bring a brand new dimension into your life. Learn to detach and let go when anyone, yes even someone in the traffic push your buttons. You will be happier, healthier and will most probably live longer as well.

 

Negative and destructive thoughts can also be arrested using the same method. When you become anxious or uptight – pause and stop mentally delving into the past or projecting horror stories into your future. Focus on the reality of your current moment and deal with it on its own merit.

The void between races has been around for as long as we care to remember. This void will not heal until we stop looking at races on a cluster basis. We look at individuals through a filter system that have been installed in us since early childhood. Race profiling based on outdated and often defective belief systems drove a wedge between tribes and nations. It is unfair and short-sighted to paint everyone with a different skin colour than yours with the same brush. We need to urgently begin to view each person on merit in the moment. We need to stop seeking revenge for perceived atrocities or unfair behaviour by earlier regimes or generations. We will not remove this festering wound that rots the souls of nations until we move on. The only way to overcome this unproductive and destructive habit of racial or for that matter any profiling is to close the book on yesterday. We must immediately PAUSE when we get one of our racial profiling attacks. It is imperative to regain our composure. We need to address each person notwithstanding his/her colour or nationality in the moment without the toxic contamination of our belief systems. You might after an objective evaluation or because of the current unacceptable behaviour of a person decide not to befriend, assist or help such person. You must still refrain judging everyone with a similar skin colour or nationality. One or two bad apples will not motivate you to uproot the tree. Why then condemn a whole tribe or nation? Remember: PAUSE regain your composure when triggered and manage each individual/event on merit.

We look at individuals through a filter system that have been installed in us since early childhood. Race profiling based on outdated and often defective belief systems drove a wedge between tribes and nations. It is unfair and short-sighted to paint everyone with a different skin colour than yours with the same brush. We need to urgently begin to view each person on merit in the moment. We need to stop seeking revenge for perceived atrocities or unfair behaviour by earlier regimes or generations. We will not remove this festering wound that rots the souls of nations until we move on. The only way to overcome this unproductive and destructive habit of racial or for that matter any profiling is to close the book on yesterday. We must immediately PAUSE when we get one of our racial profiling attacks. It is imperative to regain our composure. We need to address each person notwithstanding his/her colour or nationality in the moment without the toxic contamination of our belief systems. You might after an objective evaluation or because of the current unacceptable behaviour of a person decide not to befriend, assist or help such person. You must still refrain judging everyone with a similar skin colour or nationality. One or two bad apples will not motivate you to uproot the tree. Why then condemn a whole tribe or nation? Remember: PAUSE regain your composure when triggered and manage each individual/event on merit.

90 Seconds can change your life.

Go to any device and look at its on/off switch. You can even use your mobile phone for this experiment. Turn the device on if it is in an off position or turn it off if it is turned on at the moment. Your action when the device is on or off trigger a process that either turn this device on and allow it to function or off to stop whatever the device was busy doing. This might seem like a silly exercise, but you will soon discover the importance of grasping this principle.

Your brain works in a similar manner. You have thousands of reaction patterns that are stored in your sub-conscious mind. You push the “go” button for a memory to come alive the moment you trigger any of these reaction patterns via your own thoughts or via observations by your five senses. You have no specific feelings like anger, frustration or desperation etc. until you “trigger” (switch on) that specific memory loop in your head. The activated memory data now begin to stream (play) movies that include feelings, emotions, actions and reactions on the screen of your mind. A single trigger as explained above can cause a range of movies to occupy your attention. The amazing thing is that you then begin to act and react on the movies as if they are real and appropriate for that given moment. Your sub-conscious mind cannot evaluate the appropriateness of the information that it pass on to you. The movies and emotions will continue until the full loop of the presented data is completed. This show will only come to an end once all the data have been presented or until you interrupt the show by turning off the data stream.

I am sure you now understand how a single trigger can activate a whole range of unpleasant feelings and emotions. It is amazing how we let a once dormant historical experience cause us to spend endless hours of discomfort (fear, worry, anxiety) daily. The best part of our lives is wasted on viewing and reacting on data offered by our sub-conscious minds that are usually inappropriate or irrelevant in our current reality.

90 Seconds can change your life

If you can refrain from acting or reacting to any of these historical data streams that rush in when triggered (turned on) for 90 seconds they will automatically go back into sleeping mode. Your thoughts and focus on the incoming data must be identified as the power source that drives these data files. It is the feelings (anger, frustration, guilt, fear etc.) that you begin to experience that indicate to you that the “show” is ready to begin. Any device that is not connected to a power source (battery, electricity) remains inactive. Your act of ignoring the reactions (feelings) triggered by your sub-conscious mind for 90 seconds cause a protective intervening program to override your historical reaction pattern loop. This is a stunning and powerful discovery. This fairly simple act prevents you from going into a fully fledged possible destructive performance. It provides you with enough time to compose yourself until you evaluated the reality of the current moment.

The process

Something happened or someone says or does something that upset you. You read something in the newspaper or hear something on the radio that upset you. Your son breaks a window or your daughter lost your car keys.

You begin to experience feelings of – anger, frustration, sadness etc.

Hit the STOP button in your head and stop thinking of or analysing the perceived threat. Do not say or do the first thing that comes to mind and don’t jump to conclusions. Do nothing – say nothing – conclude nothing for at least 90 seconds. Wait for the initial feelings (sadness, anger, and frustration, a desire to retaliate, a desire to defend or attack to completely dissipate.

I can assure you that most of the events that triggered you historically will no longer cause you endless time wasting, energy sapping actions and reactions when you learn to apply this powerful 90 second life changing program. We make choices all day long and live or fall by the choices we make. Making choices on a reactive basis can never improve the quality of your life and your relationships.

What anyone said or did have absolutely no power until we retaliate.

An untrained mind does not have a self-regulating system. An untrained mind can be compared to the weather that we experience daily. When specific circumstances combine we experience a thunderstorm. We have no control over a thunderstorm and can only wait for the storm to pass. The same holds true for those that don’t have a control system in their head. They “spontaneously” allow any thought or feeling to flood their mind. Negative rampant thoughts often produce anger and pain, not only for the angry person, but also for the recipients of his or her anger. Most of our negative and destructive behaviour that we display daily can be compared to the thunderstorm example I used earlier. Many labour under the misconception that they have no control over these waves of emotional “weather” that mystically appear and take over their behaviour. They make out as if they are a helpless victim of these anger or sarcasm storms that they rain down on family, friends and even strangers. We justify our cutting remarks or unacceptable behaviour by pacifying ourselves with excuses like, “I would never have lost my cool or behave in the manner I did if he or she did not say or do what they did.” Our automatic reactions come from a very primitive part of our brain. These are remnants of instinctive reaction patterns that we used while we were still living in caves and daily struggled to fend off predators with bad intentions. Some of us evolved during this period and gradually developed a control mechanism that now regulates these primitive and destructive moods and reactions. What we need to understand is that what anyone said or did have absolutely no power until we retaliate. What this person said or did will drift past like a cloud if we just observe it and let it move over our heads. Our objective is to fully develop the control system in our head to a level where we can show compassion and love notwithstanding the circumstances that we are confronted with. All religions on this planet promote this behaviour. What others say or do have no power to hurt you or to diminish your self-esteem in any way. The solution is not to panic when confronted with situations that cause you discomfort. They say patience is a virtue. The key is to simply observe and to investigate where these feelings come from. We will always discover that the painful feelings is not generated by (for example) the angry person, but comes from somewhere inside us. It is a cocktail of chemicals released by our brains that produce the fear, anger and desire to retaliate. We have been using pre-programmed reaction patterns that come from more primitive and barbaric times. We never question our reactions. We believe that the feelings that flood our minds are real. There are no feelings and no pain until we attach to a thought or a trigger. Why are we happy and relaxed until something or someone trigger a negative memory or feeling in us? We are composed because the feelings and reactions in our sub-conscious mind remain dormant, powerless until we allow them to be turned on. Remember you are in control of your mind and not a defenceless victim that is obliged to sing and dance when you hear the bell.

The key is to stop RESISTING and to STOP dancing to the same old tune.

I mentioned earlier in this series that every single word or thought triggers a set of emotions and feelings that almost instantaneously cause our brains to dump a cocktail of chemicals in our blood. Our responses are activated by a mixture of chemicals injected into our system. Everything stored in your sub-conscious mind have a set of reactions (emotional and otherwise) that match the conclusions that you made historically about the thing, person or experience that you were exposed to. The interesting thing about these memory “response prescriptions” is that our reactions remain the same for the best part of our lives. We might think that most of us would modify our reaction patterns regularly as we evolve or mature. The sad fact is that most of our standard reactions remain the same and continue to trigger very similar responses until we one day leave this plane again. Some of our experiences cause a wonderful uplifting and inspirational feeling in us via the chemical cocktail released into our blood. There is however a massive volume of reactions that leave us frustrated, angry, upset and anxious. We judge events, people, places, experiences etc. according to the “feelings” that they generate in us. You will find that every person that you met historically left a certain imprint in your mind. You can test this theory and think of a few individuals (family, friends, enemies or even teachers that taught you in the first year you went to school). You will probably agree that each one of those that you focused on generated a specific “feeling” in you that is unique to him or her. It might stun you that you have a similar reaction pattern when it comes to everything else that you were ever exposed to. (Food, medicine, religion, sex, music, cultures, races, etc.) The stuff that generates good feelings causes you to be OPEN and EXPANSIVE in your actions and reactions. You will on the other hand discover that those things that historically caused you to feel sad, disappointed, hurt and frustrated cause you to become RESISTANT and ISOLATED when re-stimulated. Can you see how chemical cocktails that are released into your blood all day long influence every choice, action or reaction that you take or make? This is how we became like a puppet at the mercy of chemical cocktails installed in us historically. A large percentage of these reaction patterns are based on false and warped data stored in your sub-conscious mind as explained extensively in this series. The fatal mistake many of us make is that we allow the range of feelings (rage, sadness, revenge etc.) to run riot in our lives. We act and react “spontaneously” as “prescribed” by the feelings that come rushing in. Let me now share some wonderful news with you. You have the ability to override the silly standard performances that you give on the stage of life. You can immediately when triggered DETACH and either do or say nothing or treat every given event on its own merit. The answer is to not RESIST or FIGHT the feelings that flood your system. All you need to do is to OBSERVE them and then LET THEM GO. The chemicals are already release into your blood. That is the reason why we continually duplicate the same actions and reactions. You however have the power to not proceed with the process activated. You achieve control by not RESISTING or FIGHTING your feelings. You just OBSERVE your feelings and the current event and in the process defuse the chemical injection and neutralize its effect with your COMPOSED and RELAXED DETACHED choice of action. You will soon discover that old events and individuals that triggered negative reactions in you no longer influence you. The key is thus to stop RESISTING and to stop dancing to the same old tune.

 

I suggest you read this material a few times today. It is important that you understand the mechanism that drives the invisible force that at times make your life ungovernable and unpleasant. I also want you to stop for a few moments today and observe the things, people and stuff around you. You can for example do this at home, work, in a shopping centre or in your vehicle while you are on your way somewhere. Notice how you have specific feelings and perceptions about every person, product, service etc. These feelings and mental images control the quality of your life. Please read the above again. It is the feeling clusters you filed historically about everything and everyone that decides your fate and future. Your mind is infested with many millions of these time capsules that can at any time pop and release its toxic load into your life. You can view these hidden energy clusters as your enemy or you can see them as early warning systems that recommend that you stop RESISTING and FIGHTING. The simple act of DETACHMENT and the choice not to play along with the software in your head will make a massive difference in all areas of your life. I will continue this series tomorrow.

Will you jump in your vehicle and drive off with no destination in mind?

You will not jump into your vehicle and drive off with no destination in mind. Individuals that start pursuing the spiritual path often think that they will magically cross the bridge from the false external self to the perfect internal self in the blink of an eye the moment they wake up to the fact that they are and has always been the perfect self. This is a fallacy my friends. You have been acting and responding to the people and events in your life in a habitual way for as long as your dare to remember. You “spontaneously” reacted and responded to triggers from people and events without giving it much thought. Your whole life became a stimulus and response series of activities. It will thus be foolish to think that you will overnight overcome this entrenched mode of operation. Many new travelers on the spiritual path become despondent when they slip up and revert back to their old and unacceptable reaction patterns. These inherent tendencies are remnants of the ego driven external self that were conditioned to feel guilty and minimized when they fall short of their expectations (sinned). This is the gap that many religions exploited over the years. You were first conditioned to try and live a spiritual life via your false external self with little or no success.

You need a new mode of operation now that you know that you are not this imposter or false self. The first thing you need to do is to take a careful look at the characteristics that you will attempt to master. It is beneficial to identify these principles if you want to speed up the process and in time spend more and more time working from your perfect internal self. You get out of life what you put into it. You need to start sowing new seeds if you want to reap a rich spiritual and prosperous crop. You are going to strive to present a loving, caring, compassionate, understanding, productive, non-judgmental and persistent image under all conditions. You are not going to only allow these attributes to surface when it suits you or when people do or act as your ego based false self expected. You are going to display these attributes in the face of adversity, when people let you down, when you fail and even when someone you love deceived you.

It might seem like a tall order, but it is achievable because you are working from a new vantage point. Individuals on the spiritual path act in this manner not because they are afraid that they might be judged, condemned or minimized. They do what need to be done because they have had enough of the unstable and unrewarding life they led while they followed the instructions of the false outer self. They know that each adversity that they overcome and each trigger that they refrain from acting on will speed up their vibration ratio and assist them to evolve and grow.

I want to repeat that it might be testing initially, but you will if you continue to work on your goal of living the attributes depicted above soon find that you spend more and more time in the spiritual real self zone. Do not be discouraged when you periodically fall short of your goals. You are a student at earth school. No student gets an A+ every time he writes an examination. Learn from your mistakes and get back into the spiritual mode as soon as possible. There is no need to grovel or feel like a loser. You can never be a looser my friend. You are here to learn and to evolve.

The key and most important tool if you want to make fast and effective progress is the art of detachment. You need to master this art as soon as possible. You need to learn to detach when anyone that is working from his ego based outer self say or do something that is unacceptable to you. You historically duplicated such a person’s low frequency actions and reactions. You will not simply mentally detach when enticed by the ego outer self of anyone, but respond in an appropriate manner. Detachment also provides you with enough time to compose yourself if you for some reason allowed this person to trigger a negative and destructive reaction that your ego outer self historically used under such circumstances. Detach and let go my friend. Become like water. Become soft and flexible and most of all grasp that you are faced by this person’s ego outer self and not his inner self that are still asleep. You will soon discover that events and individuals that historically brought the worst out in you find it impossible to get you to respond in kind. You will experience compassion where you historically experience anger and rage. You will experience love and find it easy to forgive where you historically walked around with grudges and a bitter heart.

Things in your life will change for the better in all areas of your life. You will begin to notice things in people that you never noticed before. You will see that the anger and vindictiveness of a person has its foundation in a cesspool of fear. You will observe nature in a new light and begin to feel and experience the essence of God that is embedded in everything. You will gradually alter your view of God as some kind of super human with human characteristics. The thought that God is a vengeful, angry and judgmental entity that judge, condemn and punish people will be replaced with a new understanding of this force that permeates everything. It will astound you how the God perceptions of primitive man made its way through the ages until today. Your most important discover is will be that God is not up there somewhere billions of light years away while you, an invisible spec on planet earth are watched like a hawk to see if you manage your life in a manner that will earn you an entry pass into a place called heaven when you die.

Your discovery that you are already like everything else part of the collective quantum sea that everything else is made of will change your perception of God forever. The idea that you are already immortal (perfect inner self) will fill you with feelings of love and wisdom. You are not in a race against time to find the right church and doctrine notwithstanding the endless interference of your own and other’s ego driven false selves and all the other survival requirements that you are faced with daily. You no longer search for God because you suddenly grasp that you are already one with this God force. You see your current body as a vehicle that you are using while at earth school and not an entity with a history that might get you into warm water or even worse when you die. It will excite you when you grasp that you like everything else within this force are continually evolving and growing. It will bring tears to your eyes when you grasp that this planet is also alive and an integral part of this force that fills the uncountable number of universes. You and mother earth is one. You can possibly now see that every tree, rock, blade of grass and living entity anywhere in the cosmos is one. Can you notice how this truth sets you free?

I am sure you can see that the benefits of this new lifestyle are endless. You will face each day with joy in your heart. You will look forward to the opportunities that each day will provide you to practice your newly found mode of operation. You will have ample opportunities at home or at work to practice detachment and wisdom. There will always be individuals that will test you to see if you are making progress. See individuals and events that historically upset or worried you as opportunities to apply your newly found life style. You will be amazed in a relative short period of time what progress you made and how much more peace of mind and happiness fill your days here at earth school.

Are you aware that you have thousands of dormant, but highly explosive reaction patterns that lurk in your mind?

   

Are you aware that you have thousands of dormant, but highly explosive reaction patterns that lurk in your mind? Every word that you ever read – heard or expressed carry with it a packages of reaction patterns. These words remain dormant until triggered. Less evolved and immature individuals tend to “spontaneously” react too many of these words, especially those that contain toxic memories. A single word can for example trigger a whole range of painful memories that in turn trigger a range of negative and destructive actions and reactions. Our reactions when one of our “hot buttons” is pushed can fluctuate between sadness and rage. Many that read this document or listen to one of my lectures on this subject find it astounding that we have such a massive volume of hibernating toxic capsules floating around somewhere in our heads. The capsules wake up instantaneously when triggered and could turn our world upside down. You will also notice that you sometimes show or experience no negative reactions on specific words that some years ago turned you into a raging bull. The reason for this lack of destructive reactions notwithstanding your historical bad memories can be ascribed to various factors. The first important reason can be because you forgave the individual that were originally responsible for the pain or anxiety that you experienced. The other reason can be that you decided to stop RESISTING the person or event and simply ignore the triggers that historically animated you and turned you into an out of control revenge seeker. Your act of pardoning the original culprit defused the toxicity that lurked in the bellies of any of the destructive memory capsules that you associated with this event. Let me give you an example. Your lover or wife ran away with the TV repair man. You were initially filled with rage and pain. You finally came to terms with what transpired and forgave this person. That would have been noble of you to act in this saintly manner and would have released the toxic charge that you associated with anyone with the same name or anything that reminded you of what transpired. Your act of forgiveness set you free. The other reason why you no longer experience discomfort can be because your wife or lover soon also left this man and now live with a guy in the Mediterranean that make cheap shoes from recycled motor vehicle tyres that they sell to tourists on the beach. The bottom line is that you stopped RESISTING the toxicity released historically when this memory was triggered. The key to control and peace of mind is the art of DETACHMENT. It is a sure sign of maturity when you reach a point where you stop spontaneously jumping to conclusions or when you spontaneously do the first thing that comes to mind when triggered. It is impossible to hope that all the “hot buttons” lurking in your head will have such a happy ending. Most of these memories have been with you for many, many years. It will be silly to attempt to find a guru that can defuse all the sensitive word capsules that could trigger painful reactions in you. The solution is to STOP RESISTING anything that happened in the past that caused you discomfort. You need to learn how to manage your automatic reaction patterns and triggers. It is actually a simple process. You must STOP the spontaneous nonsense that you practise every time someone or something hit a hot button. See the flood of negative emotions that begin to flood your mind as an early alarm system. Then relax and become an observer that for a moment STUDY the data before you let it go. STOP RESISTING the flow of emotions. Let them flow around you like water. You will be astounded when you notice that no pain or discomfort appear when you refrain from playing the silly role that you always played when triggered historically.

 

I suggest you test this method today. See if you can cope without RESISTING and FIGHTING the toxic images and feelings that mystically appear every time they are triggered. OBSERVE the images and feelings for a few moments and then just let it go. Nothing can be achieved while you repeat the same old painful cycles in your head. You are the power source of these destructive capsules that trigger periodically. You will discover that nothing happened and nothing was said until you act or react. Please re-read this document and read in the word “THOUGHT(S)” where I used WORD(S). The alarming aspect of the embedded “toxic hot buttons” described is that a simple THOUGHT or IMAGE can “trigger” these devastating mind viruses that always generate huge RESISTANCE in all your day-to-cay activities. People might look the same, but that does not in any way explain what level of evolution they achieved as a group or a nation.

    

We looked at the “spontaneous” reaction patterns in earlier deliveries of this series. Your brain consists out of three main sections that merge together in a single operating system. The most evolved section (part) of your brain according to neuroscientist is the cortex. This brain cluster is responsible for logic, learning, conscious thoughts and also your unique personality. The second cluster is known as the Middle or Mammalian brain. This cluster is also known as the limbic system. This part of your brain deals with your emotions, moods, hormones and memory. The third part or cluster of your brain is called the “old” or “reptilian” brain. This cluster manage all your survival functions, breathing, appetite as well as your “fight or run like hell” reactions that will hopefully keep you out of harm’s way. The experts concluded that our “old” or “reptilian” brain is more often than not used when we need to make rapid decisions. The problem that we have is that many of us use this part of our brains almost all the time. I explained in the previous post that we have millions of thought clusters that float around in our heads that can be triggered at any time. My friend you are looking at the triggering devise (smoking gun), the “old” or “reptilian” brain that is causing most of your problems. The observations made by your senses are then “processed” in this department (reptilian brain cluster) in your head. Keep in mind that this part of your brain is your first line of defence. Decisions are made here about the potential threat level of incoming events or observations. Our survival depended strongly on the rapid processing of data when we still lived in caves and watched dinosaurs roaming the planes. The decision making process was relatively simple. Run for the hills, fight like a demon or relax the perceived threat is not something you need to worry about right now. This primitive computer software developed a substantial data bank of all conceivable threats that could threaten your survival. You might notice that many of us still utilize this un-evolved primitive part of our brain when faced with choices or obstacles. We act “spontaneously” and usually do or say the first thing that comes to mind. Every action and every reaction produces a set of circumstances. Poor quality choices activate perpetual primitive survival actions. This is how we got caught up in a never ending survival mode that in time took on a life of its own (ego). It is only when we began to evolve and when we learned how to DETACH that we began to broke down the built in RESISTANCE mindset maintained by our reptilian brain cluster. The old reptilian brain drives our emotions. It should be obvious what kind of emotions will be most dominant in a person that still mainly work from this department in his head (anger, anxiety, fear, worry, attack, defend etc. Every person has his own level of evolution. You will soon notice to what extent a person still rely on his reptilian perceptions and actions when you observe his general coping style. We earlier in this series looked at the collective clusters that tribes and nations lived and operated in. The collective evolution of these groups becomes quite obvious when you observe the social and intellectual skills of such group. People might look the same, but that does not in any way explain what level of evolution they achieved as a group or a nation. Global societies are made up of a mixture of tribes and nations. Society became a melting pot where reptilian brain thinkers mixed and interacted with more evolved members of society. The bigger the percentage of reptilian brain thinkers in a society the more unstable and unpredictable such society becomes. They might walk and talk like all other members of society, but that do not mean that they make decisions from the same part of their brains. There is also an upside to the merging of the various levels of evolution that make up groups or nations. The examples set by more evolved thinking speeded up the evolution process of underdeveloped tribes and nations with hundreds of thousands of years. The flip side of the coin is that the more primitive tribes made their own valuable contributions as well. The more primitive tribes often contributed to the overall learning experiences of the evolved groups by the opportunities that they offered to learn lessons in patience and compassion. Being less evolved should never indicate inferiority. You do not go to school and start in high school. You gradually work and earn your way to finally go to university or college. There is not a single soul that originally arrived in this dimension partially or fully evolved. Every member of the evolved groups gradually worked and learned their way to the more evolved status that they hold today. It will thus be silly to judge or look down at anyone that still display more primitive behaviour patterns. I repeat stop judging and finding fault. You probably took even more time to evolve to your current level of civility. I also mentioned that we (evolved or not evolved) are one. The collective higher vibration brought about by those more evolved pushed up the collective vibration of the entire earth zone.

 

Spend some time today to master the art of NON-ACTION or REACTION when you are faced with anything or anyone that triggers less acceptable and negative emotions in you. Do not attempt to RESIST, FIGHT or CONTROL the emotions evoked. Simply OBSERVE them for a moment and then LET THEM GO. Your ego (reptilian brain reactions) might be disappointed that you took away wonderful opportunities for him to rise and shine and act like an idiot, but do it anyway. You came to this dimension to overcome your reptilian reaction patterns. The only way to achieve that is to become aware of the silly and often destructive outcomes that reptilian brain thinking produces.

When triggered hit the PAUSE (stop) button and simply become an observer. Just relax and say, do or think nothing.

We live in a “button” pushing society today. We all have a natural tendency to push back when we feel someone activated one of our “hot buttons”. We allow people to trigger, anger, anxiety, fear of loss, discomfort in us daily with what they say, do or fail to say and do. The only way that you can get the habitual button pushers out of your life are to stop reacting and responding on their triggers.

 

We live our lives on a reactive basis. The reason for this mode of thinking is that we spend the best part of our day in “auto” mode. We react without thinking almost all the time. Our sub-conscious mind cannot reason when a request comes in via our five senses. Our sub-conscious minds can only draw from its historical perceptions and belief systems that it formed during early childhood. That is why we often make decisions

 

The fact of the matter is that people will continue to push your buttons and they will continue to control you and your emotions while you automatically respond to their silly games. I would suggest that you take a few days and observe how you act and react mechanically when your partner, friends or even strangers say or do something that trigger a negative emotional responds in you. Do not judge yourself or the button pushers.

Stay in the moment and don’t allow your old and often outdated reaction patterns to influence you. Each event (trigger) is different. It is silly to let your old habitual reaction patterns tarnish the current moment. An inappropriate reaction could cause you discomfort and loss and activate a domino effect that could continue for years.

 

The “button pushers” in your life domesticated you to react and respond in a specific manner to enhance their control. Watch their faces and listen to their tone of voice when you stop reacting the way you have been trained. You will be surprised how quickly they will stop this destructive habit.

 

The simple art of detachment from your habitual reaction patterns can change your life. When you learn to let go you bring a brand new dimension into your life. Learn to detach and let go when anyone, yes even someone in the traffic push your buttons. You will be happier, healthier and will most probably live longer as well.

 

Negative and destructive thoughts can also be arrested using the same method. When you become anxious or uptight – pause and stop mentally delving into the past or projecting horror stories into your future. Focus on the reality of your current moment and deal with it on its own merit.

The void between races has been around for as long as we care to remember. This void will not heal until we stop looking at races on a cluster basis. We look at individuals through a filter system that have been installed in us since early childhood. Race profiling based on outdated and often defective belief systems drove a wedge between tribes and nations. It is unfair and short-sighted to paint everyone with a different skin colour than yours with the same brush. We need to urgently begin to view each person on merit in the moment. We need to stop seeking revenge for perceived atrocities or unfair behaviour by earlier regimes or generations. We will not remove this festering wound that rots the souls of nations until we move on. The only way to overcome this unproductive and destructive habit of racial or for that matter any profiling is to close the book on yesterday. We must immediately PAUSE when we get one of our racial profiling attacks. It is imperative to regain our composure. We need to address each person notwithstanding his/her colour or nationality in the moment without the toxic contamination of our belief systems. You might after an objective evaluation or because of the current unacceptable behaviour of a person decide not to befriend, assist or help such person. You must still refrain judging everyone with a similar skin colour or nationality. One or two bad apples will not motivate you to uproot the tree. Why then condemn a whole tribe or nation? Remember: PAUSE regain your composure when triggered and manage each individual/event on merit.

Every single word/thought triggers a set of emotions/feelings that almost instantaneously cause our brains to dump a cocktail of chemicals into our blood.

    

I mentioned earlier in this series that every single word or thought triggers a set of emotions and feelings that almost instantaneously cause our brains to dump a cocktail of chemicals in our blood. Our responses are activated by a mixture of chemicals injected into our system. Everything stored in your sub-conscious mind have a set of reactions (emotional and otherwise) that match the conclusions that you made historically about the thing, person or experience that you were exposed to. The interesting thing about these memory “response prescriptions” is that our reactions remain the same for the best part of our lives. We might think that most of us would modify our reaction patterns regularly as we evolve or mature. The sad fact is that most of our standard reactions remain the same and continue to trigger very similar responses until we one day leave this plane again. Some of our experiences cause a wonderful uplifting and inspirational feeling in us via the chemical cocktail released into our blood. There is however a massive volume of reactions that leave us frustrated, angry, upset and anxious. We judge events, people, places, experiences etc. according to the “feelings” that they generate in us. You will find that every person that you met historically left a certain imprint in your mind. You can test this theory and think of a few individuals (family, friends, enemies or even teachers that taught you in the first year you went to school). You will probably agree that each one of those that you focused on generated a specific “feeling” in you that is unique to him or her. It might stun you that you have a similar reaction pattern when it comes to everything else that you were ever exposed to. (Food, medicine, religion, sex, music, cultures, races, etc.) The stuff that generates good feelings causes you to be OPEN and EXPANSIVE in your actions and reactions. You will on the other hand discover that those things that historically caused you to feel sad, disappointed, hurt and frustrated cause you to become RESISTANT and ISOLATED when re-stimulated. Can you see how chemical cocktails that are released into your blood all day long influence every choice, action or reaction that you take or make? This is how we became like a puppet at the mercy of chemical cocktails installed in us historically. A large percentage of these reaction patterns are based on false and warped data stored in your sub-conscious mind as explained extensively in this series. The fatal mistake many of us make is that we allow the range of feelings (rage, sadness, revenge etc.) to run riot in our lives. We act and react “spontaneously” as “prescribed” by the feelings that come rushing in. Let me now share some wonderful news with you. You have the ability to override the silly standard performances that you give on the stage of life. You can immediately when triggered DETACH and either do or say nothing or treat every given event on its own merit. The answer is to not RESIST or FIGHT the feelings that flood your system. All you need to do is to OBSERVE them and then LET THEM GO. The chemicals are already release into your blood. That is the reason why we continually duplicate the same actions and reactions. You however have the power to not proceed with the process activated. You achieve control by not RESISTING or FIGHTING your feelings. You just OBSERVE your feelings and the current event and in the process defuse the chemical injection and neutralize its effect with your COMPOSED and RELAXED DETACHED choice of action. You will soon discover that old events and individuals that triggered negative reactions in you no longer influence you. The key is thus to stop RESISTING and to stop dancing to the same old tune.

 

I suggest you read this material a few times today. It is important that you understand the mechanism that drives the invisible force that at times make your life ungovernable and unpleasant. I also want you to stop for a few moments today and observe the things, people and stuff around you. You can for example do this at home, work, in a shopping centre or in your vehicle while you are on your way somewhere. Notice how you have specific feelings and perceptions about every person, product, service etc. These feelings and mental images control the quality of your life. Please read the above again. It is the feeling clusters you filed historically about everything and everyone that decides your fate and future. Your mind is infested with many millions of these time capsules that can at any time pop and release its toxic load into your life. You can view these hidden energy clusters as your enemy or you can see them as early warning systems that recommend that you stop RESISTING and FIGHTING. The simple act of DETACHMENT and the choice not to play along with the software in your head will make a massive difference in all areas of your life. I will continue this series tomorrow.
