All of us heard or read that faith can move mountains. Most religions are based on this principle. The problem is that nobody ever sat you down and explained to you that every choice you make is based on your faith in the messages that your programmers installed in your mind since early childhood. A whole tribe of programmers worked relentlessly in their effort to upload large numbers of rules that you should use while at work or play. These rules became your belief system that governs and tints all the choices that you make. It is your belief system that forms the basis of all the thoughts you think. Every decision you make pass through your belief system filter. Thoughts are entertained, rejected or accepted by this system.
Everything is accepted or rejected based on what you perceive as valid or invalid. Let me go back for a moment. It is a fallacy that all your thoughts and feelings emanate somewhere in your skull. Everything that you recorded since your arrival on this plane is stored in your consciousness. Your consciousness is a small segment of the collective consciousness that contain every thought of everyone that ever walked this plane. You are exposed to not only your own data base, but also the data base of collective consciousness. You live in the sea of thought that contains as indicated above every thought (good or evil) ever produced by mankind. This field of thought in collective consciousness is sensitive to the specific vibration frequency of that specific thought. You are then presented by a stream of thoughts that match the frequency of your thought pattern. Example – You fear that something or someone might cause you harm, pain or loss. Streams of thoughts that depict all the horrific potential outcomes that match your thought frequency begin to flood your mind. You select the thoughts you want to entertain from the barrage of thoughts that emanate from your consciousness and the collective consciousness pool. Feelings of anxiety and stress are generated when you begin to contemplate the projected potential outcomes that might befall you. Can you see how a single thought can trigger a nightmare in your life?
Keep in mind that thoughts become things
Thoughts focused on begin to create the things that dominate your thought process. You are a creation machine and create your life with the thoughts you think. Poor quality thoughts produce the events and circumstances that you fear. Your subconscious and the collective conscious mind do not reason with you or judge your thoughts. It simply precedes the process to fulfil the content of your thoughts. Negative thoughts cannot produce better outcomes than the frequency of the thoughts that you entertain. There is no system that judge or override what you focus on. It will not for example produce a successful outcome notwithstanding your poor quality of thinking. The universal law of cause and effect governs all your thoughts and actions. You received outcomes on the same level of the frequency that you used when you tapped into the universal consciousness.
This is how you take your power back
The best way to override negative thoughts is to use the 1, 2, 3 method of distraction. You need to stop your automatic mode of thinking that you used to date. You must prevent negative thoughts and feelings from gaining momentum in your mind. Apply the distraction method the moment you begin to think of stuff that worry you and you begin to experience discomfort, fear and anxiety or stress. Do the same when you are faced with certain individuals or events that cause you discomfort or anxiety. Remember a person said or did nothing until you respond to what was said or done. You are not a coward when you select not to engage a person on a level that cannot lead to a beneficial outcome for both parties. You might experience a strong desire to retaliate, but should refrain from giving your ego that satisfaction. Your alarm system is the feelings that you experience at any given moment in time.
Simply focus on something unrelated and outside you to break this thought pattern. I indicated above that the frequency of your thoughts manifest outcomes that match this frequency. You must stop your mind from activating the process indicated in this message. Focus on a picture in your office or study the vehicles that rush past you on the highway. This distraction method must be used within three seconds after you detected the negative feelings streaming in from your subconscious mind. The longer you wait the closer you get to your old hypnotised state. You must pull the plug on your conscious and the collective conscious mind as soon as possible when you detect feelings of discomfort.
