To accomplish (1) great things we must not only act (2), but also dream (3), not only plan (4), but also believe (5).

The word accomplish is not always fully understood by people. The word (1) accomplish signifies to finish, complete or bring something to an end. You cannot claim that you accomplished your goal or objective if you do not bring something to a successful conclusion. Most people are excellent at starting things, but the real winners in life understand that without completion there is no reason to celebrate.
You might plant your seeds in the garden of life, but if you fail to follow through you will not reap the fruit of your labour. Everything that is worthwhile accomplishing starts with a dream (3). Most of the wonderful inventions you see around you today started with an idea in the head of someone. When the idea is transformed into a dream it is given the opportunity to materialize. Most people allow their ideas and dreams to die unceremoniously in their heads.
Most of the most brilliant inventions never got past the dream stage because their owners never acted (2) on their inspirations. The best books were never written because the potential authors could not summon up enough courage to write the first page. If you want to make your dreams a reality you need to think up a plan (4) to take it past the dream stage.
Only a few people get past their own negative self-talk. Most people do not have the courage and fortitude to take something through to a successful conclusion. Friends and family are excellent flaw finders, but usually do not have any plans of their own. Most of them resigned themselves to what they call their “fate” in life and know that they will remain just a face in the crowd of faceless mediocre people.
When you listen to the fainthearted you will become one of their clan. You will see danger and failure in every shadow. It takes courage and lots of faith in your ideas, dreams and plans if you want to take them through to a successful conclusion. You must believe (5) if you want to achieve. You must not allow negative thinkers to shoot down your plans and goals.
They say faith can move mountains. When you really believe in your mission you will overcome all obstacles that attempt to prevent you from achieving your objectives.

You are the creator of your own successes and failures. The choices that you make will lead you toward or away from your goals and dreams. The cowards are afraid to act because they fear failure. The winners accept that failure is not a destination, but simply a part of the process. Nothing worthwhile was ever achieved without serious effort and painful failures. All that failure indicates to you is that you still need to make a few modifications to your plan. Failures expect their plans to work without a hitch and fall apart if the don’t. Winners expect setbacks and do not allow them to deflate their initial passion and commitment. Winners do not allow the negative comments of friends and enemies to dismantle their dreams and plans.
If you have been walking around for years with a good idea in your head, now may be a good time to activate some serious action to make it a reality. I do not claim that it will be easy or that all your dreams will become a reality, but why not give some of them your best shot? How would you feel if you read in a magazine or newspaper, that someone else made millions with a similar idea than the one you have allowed to hibernate in your mind?
Many of us go around with a victim mentality. We allow life and people to dictate our lives. We almost always fall short of their selfish requirements. Nothing in life that is worthwhile comes to us because we have a nice smile or a submissive attitude. We need to walk tall and go for our goals and dreams in a positive and decisive manner. It is silly to think that we will be treated with respect if we allow people to sweep the floors with us. There is a time to be warm, kind and flexible, but then there are occasions that we must walk tall, become strong and do what needs to be done.
We tend to postpone our happiness because we have been conditioned that we can only be happy when we achieve a specific objective. The unpredictability of the times that we are living in make life a very painful experience for individuals with this frame of mind.
I once asked a young man in his mid twenties what would really make him happy? He responded and said, “I would love to retire and live in a small cottage close to the sea.” It was difficult for me to comprehend the long postponement of this young man’s happiness and then asked him, “What will make you really happy in your work?” He stared through the window for a while and then said, “I will only be really happy when I become managing director of the company that I work for.” You might think that this young man showed a lot of ambition, but I diagnosed him as a chronically unhappy boy.
It is good to have long-term goals, but it is better to learn to enjoy each step of your journey. Only when you learn to enjoy the current moment will you achieve real contentment.
Happiness is not something that you need to strive for or that must be handed to you by someone else. Happiness is something that must be allowed to escape from your heart. Happiness is the ability to experience happiness notwithstanding what happened in the past or what might happen at some future date.
If you knew that you have only one month to live, will you be able to enjoy every last second before your date with fate? If you are a person that is truly happy you will make the absolute best of the final hours of your life. You will give and receive love unconditionally. You will not waste time to accuse others of past mistakes that they made. What you will do is to live life to its fullest. Why then do we need to know that we will die soon before we actually live the final hours of our lives? Live each day as if it is your last on this planet and see what difference it will make. Stop looking for happiness from some outside source. Happiness is already in your heart; all you need to do is to release it.
The fear that something might be wrong with you is causing you to search for happiness in all the wrong places. Your beliefs that something or someone else will make you happy move your attention away from “here” to a place or destination away from yourself. It activates the perception that the “now” (current situation) is not the place where you will find happiness and that you can only expect happiness at some future time at a different destination or location.
Most of us are always busy pondering our “next step” and forget to appreciate what we already have. People search, struggle and strive, but never really arrive at their desired destination because they cannot get past the feeling that something is missing. I have met so many people that find it impossible to enjoy the present moment, the present company or their present partner because they feel that there is always still something missing.
The reason for this is because most people think that happiness must arrive from a source outside them. This perception is at the root of feelings of unworthiness and unhappiness. Most people are waiting for their friends, partners, children or employer to make them happy. This self-enforced feeling that something is missing and that happiness will mystically appear do not only put themselves under constant pressure, but also cause a lot of discomfort to the other players in his or her game of life.
I am convinced that you have met many individuals that are constantly unhappy. Such people also tell endless stories how people have let them down or how they have been taken advantage of. In short these people love to play the role of a victim and enjoy the moments of attention that it provokes in their listener. The problem with people with this disposition is that they are unable to see the whole picture. They look at things selectively and only see the things that will confirm and support their negative point of view.
When a happy person looks at a wonderful sunset he or she will allow themselves to be swept away by the kaleidoscope of colours and shadows. They might even experience a moment of deep respect for the creator. The habitually unhappy person will also look at the sunset, but will not even see the amazing play of colours. He or she might still be upset because his or her partner arrived late for their appointment.
I often tell people that you must not only listen to music, but feel the music as well. When you become a person that live your life in the now you usually become optimistic and appreciative. Unhappy people live in the past or the future. They usually drag trainloads of bad experiences with them. They find it impossible to let go of past failures and setbacks. They also cannot stop worrying what might happen in the future. While you are still busy congratulating them with their new job they will already speculate about things that could possibly go wrong at some future date. I am sure that you might think that this type of person should be classified as a perpetual pessimist, but I see people like this everyday. In fact I do not know a lot of people that I would classify as happy. When you take a careful look at all the things we do and strive for you will discover that our yearning to be happy is behind most of our actions and decisions.

Is orgasm through mental imagery alone possible? Research into the science of the orgasm has uncovered that it is possible to have orgasms without physical touch. Indeed, they have even found that it is possible to orgasm through non erogenous parts of the body, including the knee and nose!
It is a common experience to have orgasms through dreams, hinting at the possibility that our mind may be the vehicle for orgasms, not the body.
Furthermore, researchers have discovered that it is possible for paralysed people to have orgasms. But how? Are orgasms all in the mind?
This formerly taboo subject in science was explored by Rutgers University when Rutgers University’s Komisaruk and retired Rutgers professor Beverly Whipple decided to test out this theory.
Carrying out studies of spinal-cord-injured women, they’ve found evidence of what they believe to be a new orgasmic pathway, one that bypasses the spine completely.
They found that the same brain areas were activated during orgasms experienced by imagery alone- there was no difference between those and actual genital orgasms.
Known commonly as the ‘extragenital’ orgasm, their studies found that pleasure can be obtained through any part of the body or from no physical contact at all.
Komisaruk states “Although it sounds strange, the reports are believable. Now, people can show our book to someone who doubts it (The Science of Orgasm), and it can serve as a validation. Time will tell how prevalent non-genital orgasms are.”
From their investigation into paralysed woman’s orgasms, it is showing that perhaps what we thought was the cause of orgasms (physical stimulation), may not be the cause at all. Indeed, it could be that harnessing the power of our minds through mental imagery alone may be enough to produce full physical orgasms in both men and women.
They conclude: “The increases in the self-induced imagery orgasm condition were comparable in magnitude to those in the genital self-stimulation-produced orgasm condition. On this basis we state that physical genital stimulation is evidently not necessary to produce a state that is reported to be an orgasm and that a reassessment of the nature of orgasm is warranted.”
Scientists have used brain scan images to create the world’s first movie of the female brain as it approaches, experiences and recovers from an orgasm. The animation reveals the steady buildup of activity in the brain as disparate regions flicker into life and then come together in a crescendo of activity before gently settling back down again.
To make the animation, researchers monitored a woman’s brain as she lay in a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanner and stimulated herself. The research will help scientists to understand how the brain conducts the symphony of activity that leads to sexual climax in a woman.
By studying people who have orgasms, Professor Barry Komisaruk, a psychologist at Rutgers University in New Jersey and his team hope to uncover what goes wrong in both men and women who cannot reach sexual climax.
The animation was compiled from sequential brain scans of Nan Wise, a 54-year-old PhD student and sex therapist in Komisaruk’s lab. “It’s my dissertation,” Wise told the Guardian. “I’m committed to it.”
The animation may help researchers pinpoint which parts of the brain are responsible in women unable to experience orgasm. Video: TheVisualMD.com
The five-minute movie shows how activity changes across 80 separate regions of the brain in snapshots taken every two seconds. The animation uses a “hot metal” colour scale that begins at dark red and progresses through orange and yellow to white at the highest levels of activity.
“The general aim of this research is to understand how the orgasm builds up from genital stimulation and what parts of the brain become recruited and finally build up into an orgasm,” said Prof Komisaruk, who presented the work at the Society for Neuroscience annual meeting in Washington DC on Monday. The work has yet to be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
As the animation plays, activity first builds up in the genital area of the sensory cortex, a response to being touched in that region. Activity then spreads to the limbic system, a collection of brain structures involved in emotions and long-term memory.
As the orgasm arrives, activity shoots up in two parts of the brain called the cerebellum and the frontal cortex, perhaps because of greater muscle tension. During orgasm, activity reaches a peak in the hypothalamus, which releases a chemical called oxytocin that causes pleasurable sensations and stimulates the uterus to contract. Activity also peaks in the nucleus accumbens, an area linked to reward and pleasure.
After orgasm, the activity in all these regions gradually calms down.
“It’s a beautiful system in which to study the brain’s connectivity,” Komisaruk said. “We expect that this movie, a dynamic representation of the gradual buildup of brain activity to a climax, followed by resolution, will facilitate our understanding of pathological conditions such as anorgasmia by emphasising where in the brain the sequential process breaks down.”
In a new technique being developed by Komisaruk, people inside the scanner can see their own brain activity on a screen almost instantaneously. Through this “neurobiofeedback”, Komisaruk speculates that people might be able to learn how to change their brain activity, a feat that could perhaps help treat a broad range of conditions, such as anxiety, depression and pain.
“We’re using orgasm as a way of producing pleasure. If we can learn how to activate the pleasure regions of the brain then that could have wider applications,” he said.

Why have you been so successful in reaching some of your goals, but not others? If you aren’t sure, you are far from alone in your confusion.
It turns out that even brilliant, highly accomplished people are pretty lousy when it comes to understanding why they succeed or fail.
The intuitive answer — that you are born predisposed to certain talents and lacking in others — is really just one small piece of the puzzle. In fact, decades of research on achievement suggests that successful people reach their goals not simply because of who they are, but more often because of what they do.
.
9 Steps to Achieving Your Goals
.
1. Get specific. When you set yourself a goal, try to be as specific as possible. “Lose 5 pounds” is a better goal than “lose some weight,” because it gives you a clear idea of what success looks like. Knowing exactly what you want to achieve keeps you motivated until you get there.
Also, think about the specific actions that need to be taken to reach your goal. Just promising you’ll “eat less” or “sleep more” is too vague — be clear and precise. “I’ll be in bed by 10pm on weeknights” leaves no room for doubt about what you need to do, and whether or not you’ve actually done it.
2. Seize the moment to act on your goals. Given how busy most of us are, and how many goals we are juggling at once, it’s not surprising that we routinely miss opportunities to act on a goal because we simply fail to notice them. Did you really have no time to work out today? No chance at any point to return that phone call? Achieving your goal means grabbing hold of these opportunities before they slip through your fingers.
To seize the moment, decide when and where you will take each action you want to take, in advance. Again, be as specific as possible (e.g., “If it’s Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, I’ll work out for 30 minutes before work.”) Studies show that this kind of planning will help your brain to detect and seize the opportunity when it arises, increasing your chances of success by roughly 300%.
3. Know exactly how far you have left to go.Achieving any goal also requires honest and regular monitoring of your progress — if not by others, then by you yourself. If you don’t know how well you are doing, you can’t adjust your behavior or your strategies accordingly. Check your progress frequently — weekly, or even daily, depending on the goal.
4. Be a realistic optimist. When you are setting a goal, by all means engage in lots of positive thinking about how likely you are to achieve it. Believing in your ability to succeed is enormously helpful for creating and sustaining your motivation.
But whatever you do, don’t underestimate how difficult it will be to reach your goal. Most goals worth achieving require time, planning, effort, and persistence. Studies show that thinking things will come to you easily and effortlessly leaves you ill-prepared for the journey ahead, and significantly increases the odds of failure.
5. Focus on getting better, rather than being good.Believing you have the ability to reach your goals is important, but so is believing you can get the ability. Many of us believe that our intelligence, our personality, and our physical aptitudes are fixed — that no matter what we do, we won’t improve. As a result, we focus on goals that are all about proving ourselves, rather than developing and acquiring new skills.
Fortunately, decades of research suggest that the belief in fixed ability is completely wrong — abilities of all kinds are profoundly malleable. Embracing the fact that you can change will allow you to make better choices, and reach your fullest potential. People whose goals are about getting better, rather than being good, take difficulty in stride, and appreciate the journey as much as the destination.
6. Have grit. Grit is a willingness to commit to long-term goals, and to persist in the face of difficulty. Studies show that gritty people obtain more education in their lifetime, and earn higher college GPAs. Grit predicts which cadets will stick out their first grueling year at West Point. In fact, grit even predicts which round contestants will make it to at the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
The good news is, if you aren’t particularly gritty now, there is something you can do about it. People who lack grit more often than not believe that they just don’t have the innate abilities successful people have. If that describes your own thinking… well, there’s no way to put this nicely: you are wrong. As I mentioned earlier, effort, planning, persistence, and good strategies are what it really takes to succeed. Embracing this knowledge will not only help you see yourself and your goals more accurately, but also do wonders for your grit.
7. Build your willpower muscle. Your self-control “muscle” is just like the other muscles in your body — when it doesn’t get much exercise, it becomes weaker over time. But when you give it regular workouts by putting it to good use, it will grow stronger and stronger, and better able to help you successfully reach your goals.
To build willpower, take on a challenge that requires you to do something you’d honestly rather not do. Give up high-fat snacks, do 100 sit-ups a day, stand up straight when you catch yourself slouching, try to learn a new skill. When you find yourself wanting to give in, give up, or just not bother — don’t.
Start with just one activity, and make a plan for how you will deal with troubles when they occur (“If I have a craving for a snack, I will eat one piece of fresh or three pieces of dried fruit.”) It will be hard in the beginning, but it will get easier, and that’s the whole point. As your strength grows, you can take on more challenges and step-up your self-control workout.
8. Don’t tempt fate. No matter how strong your willpower muscle becomes, it’s important to always respect the fact that it is limited, and if you overtax it you will temporarily run out of steam. Don’t try to take on two challenging tasks at once, if you can help it (like quitting smoking and dieting at the same time). And don’t put yourself in harm’s way — many people are overly-confident in their ability to resist temptation, and as a result they put themselves in situations where temptations abound. Successful people know not to make reaching a goal harder than it already is.
9. Focus on what you will do, not what you won’t do. Do you want to successfully lose weight, quit smoking, or put a lid on your bad temper? Then plan how you will replace bad habits with good ones, rather than focusing only on the bad habits themselves. Research on thought suppression (e.g., “Don’t think about white bears!”) has shown that trying to avoid a thought makes it even more active in your mind. The same holds true when it comes to behavior — by trying not to engage in a bad habit, our habits get strengthened rather than broken.
If you want change your ways, ask yourself, What will I do instead? For example, if you are trying to gain control of your temper and stop flying off the handle, you might make a plan like “If I am starting to feel angry, then I will take three deep breaths to calm down.” By using deep breathing as a replacement for giving in to your anger, your bad habit will get worn away over time until it disappears completely.
It is my hope that, after reading about the nine things successful people do differently, you have gained some insight into all the things you have been doing right all along. Even more important, I hope are able to identify the mistakes that have derailed you, and use that knowledge to your advantage from now on.
Remember, you don’t need to become a different person to become a more successful one. It’s never what you are, but what you do.
Heidi Grant Halvorson, Ph.D. is the author of the new book Succeed: How We Can Reach Our Goals.
To accomplish (1) great things we must not only act (2), but also dream (3), not only plan (4), but also believe (5).
Anatole France
When you really believe in your mission you will overcome all obstacles that attempt to prevent you from achieving your objectives.
.
I WILL ACCOMPLISH ANY TASK THAT I FOCUS ON BECAUSE I AM DETERMINED AND MOTIVATED. I WILL PERSIST UNTIL MY DREAM BECOMES A REALITY!
.
Albert Einstein said that imagination is the greatest creative force in the universe. Why would such a great man say something that sounds so silly and trivial? Look at those words again: ‘greatest creative force’. Imagination? Not education? Nor money?
Nor luck?
Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, said that imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known. Before you pass him away as a crackpot, know that Mr. Hill was an advisor to two U.S. presidents, was commissioned by the great and wealthy Andrew Carnegie to teach people about making their dreams come true, and has been thanked by many of the greatest people around the world for the success he helped them achieve. People like F. W. Woolworth (founder of Woolworth’s), Woodrow Wilson (former U.S. President), George Eastman (founder of Kodak), W. M. Wrigley, JR. (Wrigley’s), and many others have used his teachings to manifest their dreams.
Imagination is the force that takes you to places you have never been.
Henry Ford relied on imagination and belief. Walt Disney said that had he not seen Disneyland in his mind, the rest of the world would not have seen it on earth. Bill Gates first imagines his products before they become actual software that we rely on. And it would serve you well to remember that many of the world’s greatest people started with nothing and built empires. They had a dream. And the universe conspired, as it always does, to let them experience their imagination.
The universe always lets you experience your imagination, whatever it may be.
The Bible says ‘As a man thinketh, so shall he become’. It also says ‘Without vision we perish’.
Your mind’s images are literally the blueprint from which your world is built.
Your mind is infinite. What are your limits? What are limits, except those that you say are so? Why else would two different people have different ‘limits’?
Life is images of the mind, expressed. What this means is that Life, The Source, uses your thoughts, your mental images, as the instructions by which to create your reality in the material world. Life expresses your mental images into physical reality.
To express is to make known, to state, articulate, communicate, convey. The force of Life makes known your thoughts to yourself and everyone else by forming them into experiences and objects that can be experienced, here in the physical world.
You experience your own thoughts first hand, your images of your mind, so that you may know which ones are suitable and which ones are not. That is how you know yourself, that is how you experience your self, and that is how you grow.
This is the supreme purpose of this physical world that we are now in. It is designed to enable you to experience your Self. It is designed to enable you to experience an idea and its effects and consequences.
Life does not select which ones of your images to express and which ones not to. How would it choose for you? It therefore expresses all of them to the extent that you have them and believe them. You have true free will. This free will is truly free because of the fact that all of it is acted upon without filtering or favoring. Free will is truly free because of the fact that it actually gets results all the time, not just some of the time, and it gets them exactly.
Your ideas, visions and dreams, whatever they may be, are the prophecies of what you shall one day become and achieve. You can predict your outer life tomorrow by looking at your inner self today. You can change your tomorrow by changing your inner self today.
As you think, there do you find yourself. You attract the people that have something to teach you in line with your thoughts, people who have something to learn from you in line with your thoughts, and you repel those who have nothing more to learn from you and give you in line with your thoughts. The same goes for places and conditions, situations and environments.
Many things influence your imagination – past fears, desires, poor mental training, lack of awareness, sub-personalities, lack of goals – any much more. But anything that influences your imagination is under your control. You can stop it simply by becoming aware of it and releasing it. And this is where awareness, consciousness, comes in as the key to clearing your mind of the debris that brings suffering to you and sabotages your success.
Take a trip to any jail or prison and you will meet hundreds of people who will tell you they are the “victims” of their circumstances.
Travel through any big city ghetto and you’ll hear the same thing.
Visit any affluent, high-class neighborhood, talk to the people there and you’ll discover the same thing.
Visit a middle-class neighborhood in New York, Toronto, London or Sydney and you will meet people who believe they are the result of their circumstances, good or bad.
They will talk about the opportunities they were given, or the chances they were denied. They may be grateful for the education they were exposed to, or complain they were denied the education they deserve.
One person will tell you about her wonderful childhood and upbringing was, while another will complain that she came from a “dysfunctional” family.
There is no denying that income, status, education, upbringing, neighborhood, family and many other situations will influence, effect and even determine the outcome of our lives.
But who creates the circumstances?
Your parents? Your environment? God? Destiny? Lost in all this analysis and the assumption of almost every unconscious person I have ever met is this one very important reality.
The effect of our thoughts ABOUT our circumstances.
We cannot change what happened to us, but we can change our PERCEPTION about what happened to us. This is the key to changing our present circumstances and our future.
Our minds are like a garden. We can intelligently cultivate our garden, or we can allow it to run wild. If you diligently attend to your garden, it will produce the things you cultivate.
If you don’t plant specific seeds, then the animals, wind and other elements will cause RANDOM things to grow which will likely to choke out the things you want to cultivate from your garden.
One thing is certain, *SOMETHING* WILL GROW IN YOUR GARDEN!
Just as a gardener must tend his or her garden, keeping out the weeds, you must tend the garden of your mind, weeding out the thoughts of lack, limitation and negativity.
If you practice gardening of this kind, you will soon discover that you are the gardener of your soul. You will come to the profound revelation that you are not the victim of your circumstances–but the creator of them.
The reason is simple: Whatever you give your attention to and focus on shapes your character, creates your circumstances, and determines your ultimate destiny.

What you experience in your life is directly connected to your inner state of mind. The most important thing you can learn about success, prosperity and happiness is that cause (thought) and effect (results or experiences) are one.
But face this important fact – You don’t simply end up in jail or the hospital, bankrupt, or alone no more than you simply wake up rich, successful, happy, and healthy. All these CIRCUMSTANCES are the RESULT of thousands of little decisions, which are reached as a result of the thoughts you give your attention to.
Now, if you are like most people, this is the part where you start to mentally make excuses and argue with me.
Perhaps you believe that what I just said is true for other people, but you are quite certain that you have been the victim of extenuating circumstances beyond your control.
I know. I know. YOUR situation is different.
So just how does that work?
Let’s talk about how all this applies to you.
First, you must accept that on one level or another, you have manifested everything that is happening in your life. Even the horrific, nasty stuff.
I agree that you don’t do it consciously. But you do it.
Now here’s the thing . . .
You are surrounded by a data-sphere of information that promotes negativity, fear, anxiety, limitation, and lack. It pummels your senses from all directions. It comes from your TV, radio, the Internet, your friends, family, church and the people you work with.
Most people are so saturated by negative programming that they can’t even conceive a life of anything but struggle and complaint.
What you read, what you listen to, and the people you talk with have a huge effect on the person you are and the thoughts you have. It not only comes from the media and other individuals but from the government.
The doom, gloom and negativity that is perpetuated by the government is designed to appeal to the programmed fear of the masses in order to get re-elected. We elect and re-elect these people to *save and protect us* from the pending doom and gloom.
If that wasn’t enough, consider that the microcosm of our mass culture can be found in entertainment and even sports personalities. Most of these people are insecure, self-centered and only interested in their own 15 minutes of fame.
However, they are not the problem. We are, because we are willing to spend countless hours and pay billions of dollars to watch them, mimic their lifestyles and even their manner of dress.
You must recognize that this data-sphere is continually programming you 24/7, and that almost 95% of it is fear, lack and limitation programming.
So what do you do?
If you want to reach the highest levels of success, you have to zealously guard the input you allow to come into your life. You must control your own programming, and reject the poisonous stuff most people are trying to feed you.
In order to focus on success, it is imperative that you spend more time on your own personal growth. Each morning and each evening before you go to bed, spend time on focusing on something positive.
Remember: You are the foundation from which all your dreams are made reality. This is the only way you can guarantee your success, wealth and happiness…

We all have an endless list of stuff that will become worthless if we for some reason lose the power grid worldwide permanently because of some natural disaster. Do you have any idea how rapidly the quality of life on earth will disintegrate to catastrophic proportions if we no longer have access to an electricity source?
I am not going to take up too much space to emphasise the implications for every living being on this planet. Every item that needs electricity will become an expensive ornament. We might for a while continue, out of habit to throw, push or turn on our lights, stoves, air conditioning, ovens, escalators etc. just to be reminded that all of them are redundant. We have been taking the magic of electricity for granted.
We never in our wildest dreams thought that there will be no communication, no planes landing and taking off and no more cell phone calls from friends, family and even strangers that dialled the wrong number. I am using this analogy to demonstrate what the Creator really is. God is not as I mentioned in earlier posts some kind of super being in the sky that have so little to do that he needs to watch each individual like a hawk, but a power force that not only animate everything, but the substance that everything consist of. Everything in the universe, including us was manufactured by the God force.
God used his own majestic mystical building blocks (molecular structure) in the process. That is how we became a permanent extension of God. There are no exclusions to this fact. Just like the electrical supply provides power to every appliance etc. we also need to be connected to God’s power grid. God’s power or energy was always available to mankind, but the responsibility to connect to this amazing source remained our responsibility. The God force might be the substance that we are made of and the energy source that animate us daily, but the circuit that energize us spiritually must be connected to by us individually. I suggest that you read the above again.
The source is available to everyone, but the opportunity to benefit from the source is in our hands. We will continue to operate in the dark from our primitive reptilian brain cluster until we one day stop RESISTING and connect to the God force.
Reptilian brain thinkers often do not have the courage to plug into the main spiritual grid. They will rather fumble around in the dark under the leadership of the ego and continue to repeat the same old rituals. I repeat that the God force is the source of all power, but it is your responsibility to plug into this power source. Your stove will not work until it is connected to the electricity grid. The same holds true for us as well.
Many fail to understand why their prayers remain unanswered. The reason why they remained unanswered was not because God did not feel like accepting or acting on our calls, but because we tried to connect while still in a state of RESISTANCE. God do not solve problems or provide a healing service. The thought possibly crossed you mind that the problem solving and healing services apparently provided by God is to say the least very erratic.
We are extensions of God and can solve any problem and overcome any obstacle when we are connected to God’s power grid. Our frequency that we transmit with when we occupy the zone of RESISTANCE is too weak to connect with the universal power grid.
The house that the ego built for you isolated you from the universal power grid. I am convince that the concept presented in this post might cause you some discomfort, but it might make sense to you if you think of the serious inconsistencies that you experienced to date when it comes to your union with God.
You have been separated and alienated from the God force a long time ago. God was originally viewed as part of everything on mother earth. You will discover that ancient tribes and nations observed God in everything (the trees, water, sky and even in the rocks.) It is only when cunning operators positioned God somewhere in the sky and made themselves the toll gates that the disconnection took place. Man was suddenly forced to work through the approved switchboard of the church or the pompous priests. The cunning agents finally removed their perceived God perceptions so far away that man needed mediators when they attempted to connect with God. This is how the endless superstitions finally blocked out your communion with God. New nonsense where made up on the run to keep mankind enslaved.
I suggest that you reread this post a few times today. Study the mind map below and see if you can notice how your frequency scale fade when you operate from the lower reptilian brain frequencies clusters. (example: Level – shame to Enlightenment)
Do your own research and see if you can find any valid reasons why the above is not true and valid. Think for a moment how your life unfolded to date. Check if you noticed and experienced the true God force in your attitude and in all your actions. Your task is to grow and mature while you attend earth school. Not because you fear God, but because you understand that everything in the universe evolve. Stop trying to do nice stuff to your fellow travellers that also attend earth school because you fear some kind of judgement in your after life. Do it because it is the right thing to do if you want to evolve and grow up.

Print this map of consciousness to check where you are at any given moment. We often have no idea how our current mode of thinking is impacting on our ability to be happy, successful and connected to the God force. The lower down on the frequency map we operate from the more primitive our actions, reactions and the choices we make. You can also use this map when you want to check where another person (partner etc.) is at any given moment. You will discover that a person cannot be expected to act the way we expect or demand from his current evolution point.
We need to have a purpose why we get up out of bed in the morning. We might one day look back and conclude that our visit to earth seemed to have no meaning at all. I mentioned in the previous post in this series that we came to earth as creators. Creators always have plans, dreams, aspiration and visions that they proceed to actualize into reality. If we have virtually no goals or dreams and if we are not really big on constructive action it will lead to a purposeless sterile life.
To accomplish (1) great things we must not only act (2), but also dream (3), not only plan (4), but also believe (5).
Anatole France
When you really believe in your mission you will overcome all obstacles that attempt to prevent you from achieving your objectives.
.
I WILL ACCOMPLISH ANY TASK THAT I FOCUS ON BECAUSE I AM DETERMINED AND MOTIVATED. I WILL PERSIST UNTIL MY DREAM BECOMES A REALITY!
.
DO NOT READ THIS POST OR LOOK AT THE CLIPS IF YOU ARE NOT 21 OR OLDER OR HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SUBJECT MATTER!
We live in the ocean of life. This ocean is saturated with the life-force, energy and memories of every thought man ever dreamt. Your dreams yearn to solidify and come into form. Your dreams and thoughts want to teach you via your experiences. All dreams, negative or positive come into your life to teach you lessons. Your dreams do not want you to become a martyr or victim. Your dreams want you to become the perfect student that learns from all experiences, good or bad. The only way that understanding and wisdom can come into your life is when you get your conditioned mind filled to the brim with perceptions out of the way. You will find it exhilarating when you discover how much you learn and how quickly you grow when you begin to view every experience as a lesson to be learned.
We think that our perpetrators need to learn the lessons when they injure us with their deeds and tongues. Let them learn their own lessons. Be bold enough to see if you can uncover the lessons in your own adversities. You are the cause of everything that enters your tiny world. You place the orders and the universe delivers the goods. The amazing thing is that we will repeat the same painful experiences for decades and never attempt to uncover our lessons. Nothing is going to change until you change your thinking and dreaming. Your teacher is in you and will guide you to experience certain things until you learn your lesson. These teachings are not presented to you in a vindictive manner by your teacher. We are quick to look for the lessons that we hope others will learn when they hurt us, but never become still and ask what is there that we need to master.
Your teacher want to show you your true potential and how amazing you really are, but you turn a blind eye to his lectures and fail to see the hundreds of signs that he provides you with on any given day. You will also run into the teachers of those that you come in contact with. You might be at the receiving end of one of the lessons that they are teaching one of their students It is important to know that we often learn our most fruitful lessons while we participate in the actions and activities of others students of life. Wisdom is to learn from our lessons and to store our insights and wisdom in our experience bank. The fool is hammered by lessons everyday. He fails to gain insight or wisdom during the process and go around blaming everybody including God for his lack and self-made misery.
Let your life be your teacher and allow your teacher within to teach others by the good example that you set. Many of us want to go on crusades in an attempt to change the world. Our mission is not to change the physical world of illusion out there, but to create perfection in our internal world that is also an extension of God. A bird in a tree can teach you more about God than many hours of lectures based on dogma. Be gentle with others and remember that they are students just like you. They might not be at the same level than you currently and could learn valuable lessons by the way you conduct yourself. You must also be gentle and patient with yourself. The teacher in you does not expect you to get it right the first time, every time. The teacher in you will guide you in love and understanding.
There is no evil. Evil is just the starting point of a lesson unfolding. Evil thoughts dissipate in the light of patience and persistence. Love is the universal fuel that drives the universe. You will discover that the most beautiful flower sometimes grow in the darkest mud.
You know what visions I get in my dreams? Visions of falling off of buildings (and doing the full body spasm thing when I hit the ground). These 11 people, on the other hand, had dreams that changed the world.
Let’s hope that my visions take a turn toward genius sometime soon. Until then, I’ll just take inspiration from these guys.
1. The Periodic Table
It’s said that Dmitry Mendeleyev was on a three-day work bender when he finally gave in for a few minutes of shut eye. Instead of falling asleep for 17 hours like most sleep deprived people, Mendeleyev dreamt of an arrangement of elements that would change modern chemistry forever, then popped up about 20 minutes later to record it. “I saw in a dream a table where all the elements fell into place as required. Awakening, I immediately wrote it down on a piece of paper… Only in one place did a correction later seem necessary.”
2. “Yesterday”
Paul McCartney was just 22 when he “woke up with a lovely tune in my head” and thought, “That’s great, I wonder what that is?'” He got up and easily picked the tune out on the piano, but was convinced that it must have been something he heard years ago and subconsciously remembered. After further investigation revealed that it was a McCartney original, he jotted down some lyrics: “Scrambled eggs, oh, my baby, how I love your legs.” The real words came later, obviously.
3. Frankenstein’s Monster
Mary Shelley was hanging out with her husband (Percy Bysshe, of course), Lord Byron and some other literary notables when they decided to have a writing contest. Mary was stuck—until she went to bed for the night, and had what she called a “waking dream” of a “hideous phantasm of a man stretched out, and then, on the working of some powerful engine, show signs of life, and stir with an uneasy, half vital motion.” Thrilled that her writer’s block was gone, Shelley decided that “What terrified me will terrify others; and I need only describe the spectre which had haunted my midnight pillow.”
4. Jekyll and Hyde
Robert Louis Stevenson had a similar problem: The stories just weren’t coming. He knew he wanted to write about the dual life of a man, but had no idea how to go about it and was frustrated that no plot was presenting itself to him. Then he closed his eyes. “On the second night I dreamed the scene at the window, and a scene afterwards split in two, in which Hyde for some crime, took the powder and underwent the change in the presence of his pursuers.”
5. Twilight
Whether or not you’re a fan of angsty blood-suckers and pouty werewolves, you have to admit that Stephenie Meyer is definitely doing okay for herself. And she has one particularly vivid dream to thank. “It was two people in kind of a little circular meadow with really bright sunlight, and one of them was a beautiful, sparkly boy, and one was just a girl who was human and normal, and they were having this conversation,” she told Oprah in 2009. “The boy was a vampire, which is so bizarre that I’d be dreaming about vampires, and he was trying to explain to her how much he cared about her and yet at the same time how much he wanted to kill her.”Yep, that’s Twilight. Meyer wrote her dream down, she said, because it was so different from her everyday, stay-at-home-mom life that she wanted to hold on to it. “I just wanted to remember it so badly. That’s why I started writing it down—not because I thought this would be a great story for a novel.”
6. The Necronomicon
H.P. Lovecraft saw his famous book of the dead in his dreams, including the odd title. What that quality REM time didn’t reveal was the book’s meaning: Lovecraft had no idea what the odd word meant but scribbled it down anyway. His rough attempt to translate it from Greek resulted in the fitting “An Image of the Law of the Dead.” He may have been indirectly (or directly) inspired by a first-century poem called the Astronomicon.
7. The Terminator
Does an emotionless cyborg killing machine that looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger seem like a nightmare to you? It was a nightmare for James Cameron. He was fighting a 102-degree fever when a vision of a robot dragging itself along the floor with a knife came to him in his sleep. Apparently Cameron brainstorms best in a dream state: it’s how he thought of Avatar as well.
8. Jack Nicklaus’ Golf Swing
The subconscious isn’t just a creativity factory—it’s a sports clinic, too. Nicklaus figured out why his game was off after he dreamed that he was owning the links in a way he hadn’t for a while. After analyzing the dream, the six-time Masters champ realized he was gripping the club differently in the dream than he did in real life. “I tried it the way I did in my dream and it worked. I feel kind of foolish admitting it, but it really happened in a dream.”
9. The Sewing Machine Needle
Elias Howe, inventor of the modern sewing machine, had been troubled by how to get the needle to work in his new invention. Having the eye at the base (as in handheld needles) was out of the question. Then, Popular Mechanics reported in 1905, he fell asleep:”One night he dreamed that he was building a sewing machine in a strange country for a savage king. The king had given him 24 hours to complete the machine and make it sew, but try as he would he could not make the needle work, and finally gave up in despair. At sunrise he was taken out to be executed, and with the mechanical action of the mind in times of great crises he noted that the spears carried by the warriors were pierced near the head. Suddenly, he realized that here was the solution of the sewing machine needle. He begged for time—and while still begging, awoke. It was four o’clock. Hastily he dressed and went to his workshop—at nine o’clock the model of the needle with an eye at the point was finished.”
10. DNA
The shape and structure of DNA eluded scientists until 1953, when Dr. James Watson had a dream that made him consider the double helix. According to Dr. Watson’s alma mater, Indiana University, the dream was of two intertwined serpents with heads at opposite ends, though other accounts say the dream was of a double-sided staircase.
11. Stephen King’s Misery
If bestselling authors are any indication, we should all be taking our worst nightmares and turning them into blockbuster novels. For instance, Kathy Bates breaking your ankle with a sledgehammer. Misery, Stephen King has said, was originally a dream he had on an airplane. “[I] dreamt about a woman who held a writer prisoner and killed him, skinned him, fed the remains to her pig and bound his novel in human skin. His skin, the writer’s skin. I said to myself, ‘I have to write this story.’ Of course, the plot changed quite a bit in the telling. But I wrote the first forty or fifty pages right on the landing here, between the ground floor and the first floor of the hotel.”
Everyday you make a thousand choices. You choose what to wear, where to go, who to meet, what to eat and what to do. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, YOU decide WHAT TO THINK. One thing is sure and that is that your day will not be better than your thoughts. ...................
Just close your eyes for a moment and see if you can visualise this open toolbox and if you can see the hundreds of tools that are neatly placed in this toolbox. Now look if you can see the maker’s name on these tools. The creator of these tools (thoughts and perceptions) is you. You created thousands of thoughts and perceptions (tools) about everything since your childhood. ..................
When confronted with any situation or problem you reach into this toolbox and take out what you think the most appropriate tool would be and then attempt to fix the problem. It is estimated that your mind thinks at least 2,500 thoughts an hour. Every thought that you think is a tool (perception) that you have that you imagine would work best under specific circumstances. This thought process continues day and night and will do so for the rest of your life. .....................................
I am convinced that we think ourselves to a standstill. We never stop playing with these tools in our toolbox and can hardly ever really relax for a while. If we are not faced with a problem or task that needs completion we still continue to take out these tools and mentally rehears and contemplate how we will use them should something that we fear become a reality. ............................
We are forever thinking and scheming and never become still and tranquil inside. Our bodies might seem relaxed, but deep inside our heads this thought process continues churning around. What I am most worried about is that most of the tools that you have in your toolbox are very old and outdated. .......................
Many of the opportunities, problems and obstructions that you face daily cannot be repaired while you are using old and outdated tools. If you take a modern mechanic’s toolbox and you place the toolbox of a mechanic of fifty years ago next to it you will find that there are major discrepancies. When you are confronted with something that needs repair and you do not have the right tool for the task at hand it can be very frustrating. We usually improvise and try using some other tools and hope that it will also get the job done. ........................
When you are faced with a problem you need to select the right tool for the task at hand. If you do not have the tool in your toolbox it can complicate your life. What most people seem to ignore is that it is sometimes better not to reach for your toolbox when faced with a problem. Sometimes you need time to pass or need to leave the problem with its rightful owner. How well you use your tools is usually reflected in the world you see around you. What would you do if you were faced with any or all of the following? .........................
You get a flat tire on your way to an important customer or meeting. You can fall apart, develop a migraine and think that life is against you or you can take out the right tools (patience and reality) and take care of the problem in a relaxed manner. ........................
You have been working on the computer for hours and suddenly lose all your work. You can drop dead with a heart attack; think that God hates you or you can take out the right tool (sanity and reality) and begin over and this time remember to make a backup of your work. ....................
A lover or wife possibly cheated on you. You can go crazy and get an assassin to take out the potential threat to your relationship, think that you are a failure or you can take out the right tool (no fear of loss) and get on with your life. .......................
When you have the right tools in your toolbox it makes life a lot easier. The choices we make are vital in our lives. The more quality choices we make during any given day the higher the probability of success and peace of mind. ................
I suggest that you equip your toolbox with the best tools you can lay your hands on. It is important to upgrade if you discover that one of your tools are outdated or that a more modern version is available. How would you react if your TV packed up and a technician that obviously knows very little about electronics arrived at your house with only a sledgehammer and a few other primitive tools in his toolbox? I am sure that you will send him away and find someone better qualified and equipped for the task. .....................
You might sometimes be like this incompetent and poorly equipped technician indicated above if you do not often update your tools (thoughts) in your toolbox. You can also have all the right tools in your toolbox and never use them because you are afraid that you might make a mistake. ..................
You must remember that happiness and success is always just one thought (tool) away. You should remember when you find it difficult to cope with something that one new tool (thought) could change your life.
